Our work at AIS does not end with the equipment sell, it begins. We work with the client and building contractor to ensure that the engineering of your Automatic Ice System™ best suits the available space both for today’s application and for future system growth. We stay in regular contact with your contractor and/or subcontractors to insure building preparations are in place before shipping equipment. Upon shipping the system equipment, we work with the installers throughout initial setup. We then mobilize an install or start-up team based upon the project requirements. Our experienced system technicians get the system running and optimize its operation. During this process we train your maintenance and operations personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
