As President of AIS, Don leads many of the administrative duties and corporate logistics while maintaining a clear focus on equipment sales and ice plant development. Don's area of client support is equipment and ice system sales within various markets, both USA domestic and international. Don travels extensively and has developed ice manufacturing and processing systems throughout the world.

Doug began his full-time employment with AIS in 1992. He has been instrumental in the redevelopment and growth of AIS. He has functioned in a variety of rolls within the company including operations development, sales, marketing, equipment installs and ice system engineering. Today, Doug's primary area of client support is within Equipment Sales and Ice Plant Development within USA domestic markets. He is also responsible for sales management and leads all marketing efforts.

Jim became a member of the AIS Team in 1989. His equipment knowledge and field experience has allowed him to become one of the top technical advisors in his field. In addition to using his technical expertise to assist customers with equipment problems, he also engineers and develops customized ice manufacturing and processing systems, and has commissioned a wide array of Automatic Ice Systems throughout the world.

Julie's current position with the company began in 1999. She has functioned in a wide variety of roles within the company dating back to 1984. Today Julie ensures personnel support and growth while assisting in general finances and corporate logistics.

Darren joined the AIS team in 1994, and since then has contributed his hard work and talents in a variety of rolls. His diverse experience has given him a wide range of industry knowledge that he utilizes in his daily customer services. His knowledge of equipment parts, merchandisers and plant operations is just as valuable as his expertise with ice bags and product shipping. Darren uses his knowledge and experience to support clients through inside sales and client development.

Ed joined the AIS Team in 2005. He brings to the team over 25 years of experience both as an ice manufacturer and ice industry supplier. Ed is a distinguished member of the Southern Ice Exchange and SIE Hall of Fame member. Ed's area of client support is outside sales and client development in the Southeastern quadrant of the United States. Ed is based out of Archer, Florida.

Mark joined the AIS team in 2005. Prior to AIS, Mark was the Sales Manager for Kieth® Manufacturing. Kieth is the manufacturer of the WALKING FLOOR® Bulk Ice Storage and Transfer Bin. Mark was instrumental in bringing this proven technology into the packaged ice industry, and he began his relationship with AIS during this early market development. Today Mark utilizes his diverse background in manufacturing, sales and market management to bring the AIS advantage to a growing number of packaged ice manufacturers in the Western United Sates. Mark is based out of Clinton Washington.

Kelly joined the AIS team in 2001, and since has greatly expended her roll within the company. Today Kelly is not only the office manger and bookkeeper, but she supports customers through inside sales. Her growing knowledge of the industry also proves valuable to AIS clients in various areas of client support and development.

Richard joined the AIS team in 2004 as a refrigeration technician. Since then his equipment knowledge has grown through both factory training and field experience. He has been part of the Automatic Ice Systems install team for a wide variety of projects and continues to utilize these experiences to improve customer support both in the field and at the office through equipment parts and technical support. In addition, Rich is responsible for the building of AIS Control Systems used in our ice system integration.

Mary is the newest member of the AIS team. She joined the company in 2008. Mary adds depth to our growing team through her roll of general office assistant. Mary's contribution helps the entire team achieve a higher level or productivity.
