The Keith® WALKING FLOOR® bulk ice system conveniently stores and meters ice to processing systems. The Keith ice bin provides an uninterrupted flow of bulk ice. A series of hydraulically powered floor slats convey the ice toward the unique vertical comb system, where ice is gently metered forward. This product can be custom engineered to handle unlimited tonnage. In addition, the Keith ice storage system provides a true first in, first out product rotation, without leaving residual ice in the bin.

These ice dispensers are designed to be used with small, cube or tube-type ice machines. Icemakers are typically mounted to the top of these units and discharge directly into the dispenser. The integrated agitator maintains free flowing ice that is automatically dispensed into packaging or bulk containers. The high quality workmanship of these dispensers insures years of trouble-free operation.

The AIS-PC Bin System is great for the ice manufacturer just getting started. The modular design is built with expansion in mind, with unit capacities ranging from 1500 Lbs. to 6000 Lbs. All units are 5’ x 5’ with varying heights.

The Kamco bulk surge bin is a “live-bottom” bin. The floor of the Kamco Bin has a series of drag chains that pull the entire mass of ice forward. As the ice moves forward it moves into the slowly rotating blade-tooth beaters. The beaters cause the individual ice cubes to cascade down into a 16” discharge auger.
