JMC Automatic Baler
This machine is the industry standard for automated, high-volume baling
of individual cube ice bags. This durable, high quality product counts,
feeds and loads bags of packaged ice into baler bags at rates up to 60
per minute.
• Handles packed ice bags 6” to 12” in width and 8” to 20” in length

Hamer Bale-A-Matic
The Hamer Bale-A-Matic lets you easily put small bags into one large
baling bag. Simply hang your baler bag on this device and it will hold it
open for easy loading of ice bags. The Bale-A-Matic is spring powered;
no electrical or pneumatic power is required. Just press a foot pedal to
load the bag. Releasing the pedal automatically holds the bag open.
Press the foot pedal again, and the bag is released. Using the foot pedal
frees the operator’s hands to properly position the bag. This simple load
and release system makes it easy for your operator to speed up
production. The Bale-A-Matic is available with single point loading or
three point loading on a swivel stand and can handle baling bags up to
20” wide and between 29” to 48” long
