Every AIS ice manufacturing system utilizing Vogt® split-system ammonia equipment is furnished with our custom-designed Vilter Vaporiter®. The Vaporiter not only guards against liquid ammonia carry-over from the Vogt Tube-Ice® machine to the compressor, but also increases the system's operating efficiency.

AIS supplies industry-proven Baltimore Aircoil (B.A.C.) Evaporative Condensers. We properly integrate this reliable equipment line into our high capacity ice manufacturing systems.

The AIS Pre-Cooler is designed to reclaim waste water and lost energy through a passive transfer of heat from incoming ice making water to pre-chilled blow-down water. By adding our simple but efficient pre-cooler, ice manufacturing plants using Vogt® P24s and P34s can reclaim a large portion of waste water and the BTUs normally lost through blow-down water.

Cooling Towers are utilized in ice making applications involving water-cooled ice machines. AIS supplies and system integrates Amcot and Marley brand cooling towers.

Remote Sumps ensure convenient and reliable cold weather operation of water-cooled ice makers. The remote sump is located inside the ice maker machine room and piped in line with the condenser water loop.
